Project Manager Master’s Degree Apprenticeship

Project Manager Master’s Degree Apprenticeship

The Project Manager Level 7 Apprenticeship Program provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified project management professional. The Project Manager apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are new to, or would like to improve upon, their skills and behaviours within the field of Project Management. Upon completion, project manager apprentices will know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost. Project manager apprentices will have good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. They will utilise resources to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities. With a bespoke programme design, this qualification is both for those that are new to Project Management, or are experienced leaders.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE APPRENTICESHIP?

20% of the apprenticeship must be done away from the apprentices’ work to count towards their off-the-job training – this can be a mix of face to face and virtual classrooms, projects, distance learning and meetings with their dedicated Learning and Development Coach.
